What we collect

Account details you provide (name, e-mail, brokerage, license number, service areas, profile links). Public information about your professional presence that we retrieve or observe, stored with its source URL and date. Contacts you import or add, which belong to you. Usage and billing records.

What we do with it

Audit and improve your public professional presence, produce research and drafts for your review, and report what the service delivered. We do not sell personal information. We do not share one agent's contacts with any other agent, brokerage or staff member.

Third parties

Payment processing (Stripe, test mode in this build), language-model and search providers used for research under their API terms, and, when enabled, Curatext as research partner. Retrieved web content is treated as untrusted data.

Your rights

Access, correction, export and deletion on request, including deletion of imported contacts and suppression of any person who asks. New Jersey Data Privacy Act and other applicable rights are honoured.

Retention

Evidence records are kept while your account is active and for the period required for compliance logs; contacts are deleted on request or when you close your account.
