Our method, and what we will not claim

Nobody controls what an AI assistant says. We measure what can be measured, label the rest, and act on the signals that are documented to matter.

The evidence hierarchy

Every statement in the product sits on one of six rungs, most verifiable first. The UI shows which.

  1. 1

    Verified public discoverability

Your pages load; robots.txt allows Googlebot, Bingbot, OAI-SearchBot, Claude-SearchBot and PerplexityBot; index status from Search Console or Bing Webmaster when you connect them.

  2. 2

    Technical indexing readiness

RealEstateAgent, Person and Organization structured data with sameAs links, generated from verified facts only. Documented as a readiness signal, not a ranking factor.

  3. 3

    Consistency and completeness of identity

Same name, brokerage, phone and license across every confirmed profile. Google Business Profile set up per Google's own rules for individual practitioners.

  4. 4

    Evidence of local expertise

First-hand local content under your name, reviews you earned, profiles that are complete. The documented inputs to prominence.

  5. 5

    Observed assistant mentions

We ask assistants real consumer questions through their official APIs, several times, and record whether you were named, with the sample size. A mention rate, not a score; experimental by design.

  6. 6

    Attributable inquiries

Inquiries through your tracked form or links, classified by referrer. Anything else is user-reported, and labelled so.
