The service

Turfmark provides research, drafts, audits and recommendations for your review. You remain responsible for everything you publish, send or submit, and your broker of record remains responsible for supervising your advertising.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee search rankings, AI assistant recommendations, inquiries, appointments or closings. Visibility monitoring is experimental and reported with its sample size.

Your data

Contacts you import are yours. You confirm you have the right to use them and that any consent you record is accurate. We never send messages on your behalf.

Billing

Subscriptions renew monthly or annually until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Failed payments enter a grace period before access pauses.

Acceptable use

No use of the service to violate fair housing law, telemarketing law, platform terms or professional rules. We may refuse to generate content that fails a compliance check.
